ACUPUNCTURE, CUSTOM HERBS, & WELLNESS CONSULTATIONS

NITIAL CONSULTATIONS
Your first experience starts with an initial consultation. You have the option of a standalone virtual consultation, or a consultation paired with an acupuncture treatment. For initial consultations paired with an initial acupuncture session, a deposit of $150 is required to secure the appointment. A travel fee may be added to your appointment if your address falls outside of 35 mi radius of Nashville, TN. After completing intake forms, you will be notified if additional charges will be necessary.
Each consult includes an emailed report that explains your TCM diagnosis along with a plan of treatment which may or may not include acupuncture, TCM dietary recommendations, and personalized herbal and supplement supports.

*In-home Pediatric Sessions must be combined with at least 1 Adult Acupuncture Session. A 20% discount is added for every additional Adult Acupuncture Session included in the same visit. Discount doesn't apply for Initial Consultations and Initial Acupuncture sessions.

Insurance
Some insurance policies cover acupuncture and nutrition/wellness consultations for certain conditions. Although we don’t process insurance in our office, we can provide you with a receipt with the correct billing codes on it, which will help you be reimbursed for your treatment. You can also use an HSA or FSA card to cover your session and to pay for herbs and nutritional supplements.
